why are ool techies tards. Everytime I call They make me disconnect my router and go straight in even after I told them that I did 10 times and reboot 10 times.I have ool boost and my upload was over 3500-4000, my download was always over 25mb. For about3 weeks my web has been crap and my speeds fluctuate all over the place, sometimes to a halt. The last time they came here they said nothing was wrong and I took a day off work for nothing. 2 days later I had the same problem and they came back and the guy said the splitter was bad and it didnt change.Now they said return the sbv5120 for a different modem but I cant get to soundview because I work in harlem and live in the bronx.Everytime they come to my house the tech just sits at my pc and checks web sites and runs the test 64 and thats it. but things always work when they show up. heres a bad quality vid of my speed tests. Also im not posting in the other section because whenever I do I get 1 response and never another and have never been helped in there
