An extra 30 seconds for each 100 MB you're downloading 10 Mbps vs 16 Mbps. Is that worth $30 a month? However if you have more than one computer it may be. Sometimes I am on my computer my son is playing XBOX 360 and my sister comes over and uses my son's computer( she doesn't have one of her own. get a job sis. ;) ) that's 3 things all using bandwidth at once. With 5 meg it got to be an issue sometimes. With 10 meg it's not really an issue, works well. I am going to try 16 Meg when it comes to my area.
