I have had this problem for months.
Wait till your calls get cut off in the middle.

..and if you ask Teleblend how to fix it they haven't the faintest idea. Trust me.

I have spoke with Supervisor's Supervisors and you watch, they will blame your ISP. Your ISP's firewall for blocking it.
Your ISP Your ISP Your ISP.

...but trust me it is not your ISP, they are fine. It's Teleblend. Have them send you a new Gizmo. Tell them what is going on, they sent me one.

GOOD LUCK!!

I have used Teleblend for the last 2 years with very little problems. When my internet goes down my phone goes down but that is to be expected.
Funny, aren't they only 1 year old?

SunRocket/Telablend, I never had a interruption of service after the changeover. Except for a few problems when I changed routers I have had very little service interruptions.

Not yet. Think the one year point is July 17th.

Thats when the domain was purchased anyway. Not sure they registered it the day Teleblend started or the day Sunrocket folded.

I have several Innomedia.
go to »gizmopasswords.blogspot.com/2006···ord.html

A NOTE OF CAUTION: These instructions work fine. I have got mine working great. I had an extra 6328-2re and thought I'd seek a way to remove all evidence of Sunrocket; like their logo from the web interface. There is a post (»archive.slickdeals.net/showthrea···t=598071) to do such thing, BUT, there is no turning back (yet) after putting that modified firmware on your Gizmo.

I tried it and was able to configure it via web interface. But I noticed it did not have a "Logout" link, and it did not have the option to set the time/date. I then decided to revert to Sunrockets v3.0.77. There was apparent partial firmware upload. After that I could not login by neither telnet, nor web interface. Telnet doe not even prompt for login credentials. So be satisfied with being able to get it to work after turning off provisioning. Do not attempt to load any modified firmware!

It must of been a TelaBlend problem as it just started to work by itself (VOIP light came on) at about 11:30 CDT
thanks for the help and have a good day.

My teleblend service is not working this morning either...was working fine at about 11pm last night, but when I got up this morning (7jun08), the line is dead. I restarted both internet and gizmo. I have an old SunRocket gizmo and the power light is on and the READY light is flashing...all other lights are out on the gizmo...

you'd have to access the user and/or admin pages of your gizmo and then look to see if the line has been registered. i don't have an innomedia, so i can't tell you where to look exactly.

as far as TB's servers, that info would be in the gizmo's pages as well.

check to see if your lines are registering. odds are they aren't.

you can try to ping/traceroute the SIP server, though just because the machine is up, doesn't mean the appropriate services are running. if your gizmo has a log, it might tell you what's up, too.

i don't think TB has weekend support, so you might be stuck, unless one of their cronies shows up here and helps.
How do I see if my lines are registering?
Do you know the IP address for SIP server?

Woke up this morning and the VOIP light on my gizmo (innoMedia) was out and I have no dial tone. I rebooted my modem, router and gizmo several times and I can not get my line back. My internet conection seems to work fine I can get on the web with no problem.
Where do I start to trouble shoot this thing. Any ideas?
