check to see if your lines are registering. odds are they aren't.

you can try to ping/traceroute the SIP server, though just because the machine is up, doesn't mean the appropriate services are running. if your gizmo has a log, it might tell you what's up, too.

i don't think TB has weekend support, so you might be stuck, unless one of their cronies shows up here and helps.
How do I see if my lines are registering?
Do you know the IP address for SIP server?

Re: [Equipment] No Dial tone

you'd have to access the user and/or admin pages of your gizmo and then look to see if the line has been registered. i don't have an innomedia, so i can't tell you where to look exactly.

as far as TB's servers, that info would be in the gizmo's pages as well.

Re: [Equipment] No Dial tone

I have several Innomedia.
go to »gizmopasswords.blogspot.com/2006···ord.html

A NOTE OF CAUTION: These instructions work fine. I have got mine working great. I had an extra 6328-2re and thought I'd seek a way to remove all evidence of Sunrocket; like their logo from the web interface. There is a post (»archive.slickdeals.net/showthrea···t=598071) to do such thing, BUT, there is no turning back (yet) after putting that modified firmware on your Gizmo.

I tried it and was able to configure it via web interface. But I noticed it did not have a "Logout" link, and it did not have the option to set the time/date. I then decided to revert to Sunrockets v3.0.77. There was apparent partial firmware upload. After that I could not login by neither telnet, nor web interface. Telnet doe not even prompt for login credentials. So be satisfied with being able to get it to work after turning off provisioning. Do not attempt to load any modified firmware!
