The representative didn't say anything about a 250GB/month cap. As stated above, I specifically asked what the cap was, and they repeatedly refused to tell me how much I was allowed to use.
If they did set the cap at 250GB, then that would be acceptable. I would consider retaining Comcast if they were upfront about their terms and I knew what I was paying for. I'd even pay for two accounts if I needed 500GB. As it is, though, I can't risk Comcast deciding one day to disconnect service because I didn't reduce my usage enough past their "unspecified" level. |
