<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/866319"><b>chrisbmoore</b></A> : Honestly....I'm not too happy with this company in terms of the firmware on their routers.  They make a great product and the concept of the WRT600N is genius...but I had to play around with it for nearly a week before I found settings that actually worked.  I was constantly booted from the router if I tried to use both the 802.11 g and n bands simultaneously, which is what you are supposed to be able to do.  Still to this day ask me what I did to get it to finally work and I couldn't tell you....I just started changing settings at random and it finally worked. lol.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/719476"><b>Shadowfax457</b></A> : I have a WRT600N v1.1 currently with the firmware version: <br>1.01.35 build 5_20080115<br><br>I noticed that on the Linksys site they have a new version of the firmware up for the 600N.<br><br><b>Last Released Date: 02 / 29 / 08<br>Firmware version: v1.01.36 build 3<br><br>- Supports Linksys EasyLink Advisor 3.xx<br>- Changes the default settings of Frame Buster in 2.4GHz and         5GHz to "disabled"<br>  under the  Advanced Wireless Settings tab<br>- Changes the default setting of Radio Band in 2.4GHz from "Auto" to "Standard-20MHz"<br>  under the Basic Wireless Settings to be compliant with the Wi-Fi 802.11n draft<br>  standard 2.0<br>- Fixes some bugs</b> <br><br>It says 02/29/08 but this just showed up recently.<br><br>Has anyone with this router tried out the new firmware?]]></description>
