Bug fix: The "research file extension" function of the FolderSizes file / folder context menu was not properly enabled in some circumstances.
Bug fix: The search facility would fail when attempting to show full folder paths exceeding 260 characters in length.
Bug fix: Resolved a problem with the integrated Windows shell context menu not displaying all items properly in certain circumstances.
Feature: Improved handling of very long paths in several ways, including improved drill-down into long paths from the Folder Browser, handling of long paths in the main window Path entry field, and more.

Note: The Release notes show 3.6.0.42 but this is obviously a typo as it is version 4.

Just to add, a nice free alternative is Folder-Size :

Can give you some idea of where most MP3, WAV, TMP, etc...etc.. (you can add your own) files reside.

Of course it can show you the raw folder sizes sorted.
