All is good here now as well. Glad they cleared it up quickly. Cleared "on its own" up about 30 minutes after I posted--already on hold on IVR for about for about an hour at my post.
Hung up and called back... finally got a message that there was an ongoing email issue that they were working.

No problems here on a Covad provisioned line in Metro ATL. Have you changed any settings or added a new Router or new Modem recently?
