<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/708217"><b>momcat1</b></A> : I guess there was no word on fixing the atrocious signal and tower situation further south, like the Poughkeepsie area, was there? They can fix every other large and small metro nationwide, but heaven forbid they do anything with the Cyber Black Hole of the Hudson Valley! If you watch the signal levels for all carriers, they must believe there is no civilization outside of the Route 9 corridor. Fact is, the further away from Route 9 you get, the more spendable income there is. So how about actually attempting to get us something we can use - like SERVICE?]]></description>
