Problem with Fairpoint DSL/Long Distance

golfgod2005 : Im in Maine.. I've had Fairpoint's DSL and Long Distance for about 7 months now. When I purchased the package it was supposed to be DSL plus free long distance. However, this past month, my bill has gone up by over $20 bucks. I called them and it says that I only get 150 long distance minutes and then its 10cents a minute after that. They say they have never made that offer of Free Long Distance until now...but I know when I signed up thats what it was. However, I dont have any proof of the deal. The customer service person that I ordered from no longer works there. I've tried looking through web archives of fairpoints site to see if I could find any of their packaged deals but I cannot. Does anyone have any information that may help me? Thanks in advance.
