I don't think the RIAA has anything to do with Roger's capping, if I'm not mistaken.
yup especially considering Rogers is Canadian, and the Recording Industry Association of America might have little pull in Canada but I could me mistaking since any Canadian artist of notoriety inevitably signs to an American label.... is there an RIAC???? -- 128kbps too much, 100GBps never enough!
