seems like 5mbps dl for 3mins of downloading then throttled down to roughly 300kbps bottle neck somewhere or to much usuage in area? 72349 super reset profile to 5mbps working fine now but wanted 7mbps, why would i accept a 12month contract for the same services then? july10th internet to be cut off from Bell and modem package recieved within 3 days after. july 3rd tech from compton coming to hookup phone/cable 7.5mbps dl no cap / 78$ Month 30 install fee PowerGATE Residential - $19.95/mo. for the first three months - a savings of $83!
Really hope you guys offer a great service because Bell's been nothing close to a stable / reliable connection, and i've been with them for 7 years. Simply on/off slowspeeds and they even recked a win98 cpu of mine back in the day because they messed up msconfig. Oh pc tech that was your issue all along. NO lady your my issue and i want you fired.

 | I think you'll be happy with us. |
|
 | I hope so, have you heard of any problems in the Port Perry area? aka around beer store? Were going for the 7.5mbps speed how close should i becoming to that with your services? because bell says 7mbs which really ment 5mbps.. |
|
 | You're fully capable of receiving 7.5 Mbps... Things of course can vary depending on the speed of the source etc etc but it is actually possible to get 7.5 Mbps, it's not a theoretical thing like Bell's 7 Mbps. |

 | I currently work for Rogers cable, and i do wish we lived within their footprint to get my 50% discount.. But honestly from working there over a year i've had very few instances of people calling in with slowspeeds because of area usuage / source being slow. With cable it's moreless your online or your offline from my experinces. Wonder what SMT ill be on, and how many people are on it. |
