Re: Cable Company?

Plays Titantic music for Time Warner. One cannot make a sinking ship stay afloat. If they continue down this path, three things will happen.

1) Customers will be confused about the various services (ESP with Time Warner's fiber no fiber debate)

2) Customers will opt for month to month to see what happens and avoid long term contract.

3) Customers will go elsewhere like Verizon.

I'll never understand.

It must be area specific...here in San Diego I've got Time Warner and I couldn't be happier with their internet offering. It's the fastest around and quite stable. Their phone offering sucks (forced VoIP modem rather than using the phone jacks in the residence like Cox does) and their TV offering isn't that great compared to DirecTV. But that's okay...I've got alternatives for those.
