It must be area specific...here in San Diego I've got Time Warner and I couldn't be happier with their internet offering. It's the fastest around and quite stable. Their phone offering sucks (forced VoIP modem rather than using the phone jacks in the residence like Cox does) and their TV offering isn't that great compared to DirecTV.
