any one have an idea why my 6 inch sounds louader then my 8in sub?
6in = 3ohms
8in = 6ohms |

With out knowing the makes and models it is a crap shoot. |

| Well, if you're using them with the receivers they came with, they're both getting about the same wattage, according to the specs I could find.
Though 'louader' can be a deceptive term. It is possible that the 6" is doing more because of the 3Ohm rating. It's possible that the enclosure is built to be 'punchier', that one of the subs or receivers is defective..etc. |
