That's right, everyone's favorite company, with its service that everyone makes out to be the second coming of god, IS BLATANTLY CENSORING THERE NEWSGROUP.
At this point, I'm sure most of you have stopped reading, but let me remind you yet again:
If you don't like it, sitting here armchair CEOing is not going to change anything. Call up, and CANCEL your service, tell them exactly why, they note it in the systems, and go to another service.
But what do i know? Most of your probably read the first half of the post and are already typing in "Blahh blahh blahh company shill" right now.

tw seems to be making this shit up as they go.
The technical support people are saying that this was one of the "free services" but when you ask them what specific services I am paying for when I pay my bill they have no answer. The fact that there is no breakdown of services and their associated charges on the billing statements makes this argument legally pointless. Their only hope for this argument is if they can get people to believe their BS. They told be to contact the billing department for a breakdown of charges, but they are not responding to the tickets I have opened....I would imagine because they have no idea what services are free and what services make up our billing. Whatever service they drop next would be a "free service" too I am sure.
File a complaint with the NY BBB. It cannot hurt and it only takes a minute to go through the form. Get your complaint on record with them.

Admittedly, BBB is still showing the HQ as the TW center, but the fact still stands that if you want a response, its better to go though the local division. |
