Then you can block the sites with color schematics you don't like. It will be great, we'll have a WWW full of 404 pages. Unfortunately, wherever you have poverty and war, you have people desperate and willing to do anything. Maybe instead of going after ISPS, we should be working to help the people who are at risk of becoming victims. That's too difficult... so let's pretend blocking it (out of site out of mind) works.
