@verizon.net
Thank you for this post.

I've been looking at ATT support site with NO results.

Again, thanks!

This is so vague as to be useless.

Nor is there isn't any indication of a BIG outage as shown by the line monitors.

ETR: 12am Tonight. ????? WTF!

I've been experiencing lag a lot like
my old cable connection had. Clicked on
DSLR and counted 22 seconds before it popped
up.

EDIT
Changing DNS servers does eliminate the problem.
I'm using the 2ndry DNS server now and everything
is back to normal. FWIW

Problem affects DNS, but DNS isnt the issue.

There is no Internet access here in Sacramento (95825) at this time. It is the first outage we have seen since installing AT&T Yahoo! DSL three months ago.

EDIT
Internet access has been restored.
