anon : Where did you hear or read that you have to pay regular price to get the 16mb upgrade?? I just called and set up a transfer of service from Natomas area of Sacramento to Rancho Cordova and I signed up for the Double Play $69.99 plus an extra $10 for the new 16MB tier. I confirmed with 2 reps that the 16MB upgrade applies to all of the Central CA comcast cluster and I would get the upgrade on June 30th. My installation at new address is scheduled for July 8th.
