I think you still have to get a private line transport to one of their POPs or do colo arrangements. I guarantee you that your LEC, CableCo, LD company (long haul data), etc will not sell you a point-to-point DS3 or faster at anywhere near that price. Maybe by a multiple of 15-20 just for the transport... Still interesting though, because it makes connecting to other ISPs vastly less appealing. |
