Only a few clear qam HD's on patriot?

Just got a nice little 19" Sharp Aquos. Put it on patmedia did an analog/digital channel search and came up with the following:

2-79 standard analog 97 & 99 too
2.1 CBS HD (true HD), 16:9
4.1 WNBC DT (not HD), just digital, bars on sides
5.1 WNYW-DT (not HD), just digital, bars on sides
7.1 WABC-HD (true HD), 16:9
7.2 WABC+ (not HD), just digital 16:9 (advertising?)
9.1 WWOR-DT (not HD), just digital
11.1 TheCW11 (true HD), 16:9
11.2 LATV (Blank)
52.5 WJN-HD (true HD), 16:9

So this leaves me asking where are the following:

WNBC HD? Channel 4?
Fox 5 HD? Channel 5?
WWOR HD? Channel 9?
WNET HD Channel 13?

Seems I'm missing more than I have.

Guess there's no free lunch on cable. Thought these guys were supposed to carry everything that is available OTA in the clear.

4.1 was working as NBCHD for me the other day, i'll have to check again.

I know that some digital QAM tuners can skip channels that are really there. If you had it auto tune, than I would manually go back to see what's there. It is a pain and something I've never done. Almost as if they wanted to make it so painful you'll just buy their box...
