I've had their service (10/10 and eventually 20/20) from the moment it became available in my neighborhood (over 2 years ago) and I've never had a problem with the caps.  I do alot of newsgroup and torrent downloads.. usually don't <b>really</b> abuse it.. maybe about 300-400GB a month.  Never heard a word from Surewest.  Even when I had a roommate he downloaded ALOT of stuff, and from MRTG stats I found that between us we downloaded 1TB in one month.  Not a peep from them.<br><br>I've had nothing but enjoyment since getting Surewest.]]></description>
