There's a definite speed increase when dealing with the javascript-heavy sites such as Facebook and Digg. 9.27 started to slow as Digg, especially, added their new comment section. Now, on 9.5, it flies! Love the new scrolling too. Easier on the eyes

Am I missing something? What's new about the scrolling?
Something is different with it. I don't know if it's faster but it's definitely not what it was.
