<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1433270"><b>flashcore</b></A> : The reason ATT's units are so much larger is because of how they chose to upgrade there plant, it takes a lot of space to house all those DSLAMS as well as having to power it. Verizon on the other hand just needs a place to splice the fiber into there network, there is no power equipment involved beyond what is installed at the central office and at the end of the fiber in each home.]]></description>

They mount them high up, and they are only around 3 feet wide by 4 feet tall, much smaller than what I have seen in these pics.
