<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/669111"><b>emptywig</b></A> : Yeah, they must really have some nerve to charge to come out and do something that the end-user want but is not willing or able to do themselves.   :huh:<br><br>Seriously, though, I'm no fan of telecoms in general, but 9 out of 10 end-users couldn't/wouldn't do this stuff themselves, so I see no problem in someone coming out to do it for them.  <br><br>80% of the stuff IT techs do is stuff that the end-user could do themselves if they had the interest/knowledge/desire to do so.  Fact is, most end-users don't want to sit down and page through tons of posts by geeks speaking in a language they don't understand, they just want their stuff to go faster.<br><br>wig<br><small>--<br>Please keep your f---ing religion to yourself.</small>]]></description>
