Still don't have it...

I'm on the 6/384 package, and still not seeing the new upload speeds in Naples, FL. Have been power-cycling for days, just did it again to no avail. Stuck at 384 (speed tests are actually registering about 320-330). I never see Powerboost on the upload either, only on the download.

Anyone else in Naples in the same boat? Or is this indicative of a problem I should contact Comcast about?
