It says £90. Not £175. So yes, its only $175 American.

If you had read the article (or the same from other sources), you'd note that the fee includes work to rewire internal wiring (which BT already charge £90-ish for), or install what they call an "iplate", among other methods.

To say it's £90 for changing the RWIN is bad journalism.
