The down-link and up-link speeds of both packages have been at a status quo for a while (5 Mbps/768Kbps and 256 Kbps/128 Kbps). Along with that, the Voip could use some better support. I would be willing to change over to it when talking to someone on the other end doesn't sound like a tunnel.
