But you're right...this has ZERO to do with pr0n and everything to do with saving themselves dough.
Ditching usenet, traffic shaping, capping...TWC is doing downhill fast.
They can get away with it because for the most part people don't consume a lot of data nor do they give two squirts of piss about Usenet (or even know what it is).
When I had TWC I ended up going with 3rd party usenet anyway because they crippled the speeds. |
