And even if they prove that it is an allergy of sorts (really stretching here, of course), that doesn't mean that the city council can't put wireless Internet access in libraries and other public buildings. The library by me has a nice butterfly garden right next to the parking lot. However, all of those flowers could wreck havoc with the allergies of some people.
