My best advice for them is to go live in an Amish Community,I'm just embarrassed to work in the same town as these people. Sure a lot of people have certain allergies or disability's but when has it ever stopped progress. Since when do we stop making progress just to make a handful of people comfy with there lives. Let a few of them go belly up first then we'll talk about a ban on public WIFI.
