Suddenly Slow Internet

I've had my comp. for about 3 months now. Its been working beautifully since about 2 weeks ago. For some reason, my comp. would randomly start flickering and I'd have to restart. Then It wouldn't start up at all. That problem was fixed by manually resetting my motherboard. However, since then, my internet has been slowed to a crawl. It has moments of the old days, but only for a few seconds at a time. Its not a problem with the router, because there are 3 other computers in the house all using wireless perfectly from it.

My adapter is the WG311t. I run a partitioned drive with Vistx64 and XPx64. Whether it be browsing, downloading, or gaming, its all very slow. Oh, and my signal strength has always been around 65-70%.

I just don't understand how resetting my BIOS has impacted my internet. Pls help.
