Re: Sprint BBDirect Discontinued - Removal of tall antenna I just called about this and after being shuttled between three different customer service representatives I was told that I own the equipment, and that they will not remove it, and that they don't have any service available to remove it, even if I was willing to pay to have it removed.
I've just sold my house, and since the new owners can't use the service because it was discontinued,I'm sure they don't want the lovely dish on the roof. I guess I am stuck finding out how to get rid of it. I don't relish having to climb on the roof to do it and don't have any idea who to call to have this done. Any suggestions? |

| You could call the call center and they might be nice enough to give you the name/number of the general contractor they used to install the equipment in the first place. Otherwise any handyman, contractor, roofer etc could remove it. Then throw it all in the garbage - it's of no use to anyone now. |
