when i click on download and the "download window" pop out, my mouse automatically move the either Run or Save or Cancel clickable icon - save me time to move my mouse

Depending on which mouse you have you should already have that option in control panel / mouse properties. Logitech calls it smart move.

Either custom vendor option or Snap To option in Pointer Options will do what you ask.

As for middle mouse click maybe something like AutoHotkey will do the trick.

Neither am I. I have no experience with AutoHotkey. I use simple keymapper, but nothing involving mouse keys so it's foolproof.

Do post in AH forum. I'm certain you'll get faster answer. It'd take me to through bunch of helpfiles and testing to make it work. It's faster there.

What you ask for would be like MButton::F1 but don't know what and if something else needs to be added to script to make it work. Do note that F1 usually is for invoking help in programs and I'm unaware if this would interfere with things while running script. Do ask on their forums for help with script.

Good luck.

just got around this again and the software i found does not do what i want
maybe when you have spare time, you can provide me a simple middle click simulator for my media keyboard/trackball
the left/right click is close to either F1 or F2 keys
if you can make F1 or F2 (or my choice of key) to simulate middle click in a mouse will be superbulous
