I was going to take my friend out t breakfast for Father's Day but it seems he didn't take his insulin shots and medication, so his wife had me to take him to the hospital. Blood sugar was 487 before taking him to the hospital. Of course his wife was furious especially when he was drinking 2 liter bottles of soda (non-diet)  . I picked him up from the hospital this afternoon (his wife didn't want me to take him home immediately), so I asked him where he wanted to eat. I paid for lunch and then took him home. I did tell him along the way Happy Father's Day and that I wanted to take him out for breakfast, but there was that "interruption"  . He's okay now, though.

Happy Father's Day to all the Fathers from me as well! We went up to my sister's in Laytonville for a Father's Day BBQ, it was good! We had quite a crowd, me, my dad, my mom, both my sister's, two of my nieces, three of my grand nephews, one grand niece, my niece's husband, my sister's husband, a cute, sweet little puppy, two min pin's and a lot of fun  |
