Also asked them what the MODEM is syncing at. <title>I can&#x27;t get upgraded DSL speed</title>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1558401"><b>Aeronaut57</b></A> : Help!  I just can't figure this out, I just upgraded my account from 1.5 to 6.0 Mbps and I just can't that speed.<br><br>My neighbor and I both have 6.0 Mbps plans.  He's with AT&T and easily and consistently gets download speeds around 5000 Kbps.  Mine (Earthlink) are all over the place but average 1500 Kbps.
