anon : If you get an error using the Verizon Yahoo email interface to Outlook Express, I suggest making an account on another email provider. I used gmail and set the Verizon email to forward all email to gmail. I can now retrieve all my Verizon emails, but need to logon to the Yahoo Verizon site to directly send any mail. Numerous calls to Verizon technicians did not fix the problem, but I can assure you the issue is with Verizon/Yahoo and not with Outlook Express.
