| Well, I am cheap and I only have the Cox Value Package for Internet access (1.5/256), and it has always been consistent within the speed limit.
However over the weekend, I was downloading a 20MB file from Nokia.com, I noticed that speed is nearing 1MBPS. I thought it was just a sudden fluctuation becuase the file size is relatively small, so I went to pull down some ISO, same speed! Here are the two speed test I did from DSLR.com, one was last night after I noticed the speed increase, one was the usual speed:
I am not complainting, I just hope that I don't get charged for this increase that I did not request, and just courious what happened.
I did not reboot the modem/router. The upload speed remains the same. Thanks!
