Unfortunately this has been a recurring issue with me...I've had outages about once a month or so and haven't gotten any response from tech support as to what is causing this. I don't know whats going on, but I don't think its reasonable to have my connection drop on me so often.

My understanding is that Bell Nexxia were having equipment issues in North York for the past few days, which affected all ISP's using Nexxia for the last mile. The problem was resolved last night around 9:30 PM.

I don't know, I don't think anything happened recently...like I said my specific problems seem to happen all the time...maybe I'm just terribly unlucky. I'm in the NY towers...anyone else near by having problems?
