kudos:4 | Dumb Pipe I have seen many times on this site requests for ISP's to provide a dumb Pipe. Surely removing newsgroups is getting closer to that.

In theory that sounds great. But the question becomes, are we going to see a lower monthly bill because of this? All signs point to NO.
It'll just be extra profit on their income statement. |
