Re: North York outages over the past week? im at the ny towers too. new teksavvy customer, not supposed to get internet till today, but it was working when i hooked up my modem on wednesday. Had an outage all friday night and saturday, came back magically, then was down from sunday afternoon, till my wife checked it, worked today around 3pm. i think its the thunderstorms knocking the connection out, the modem said is was not synched. when i called teksavvy on saturday they said my account was "locked" until today and could not help me to resolve the situation. oh well. im gonna check out the connection tonight, looks like my upload speed it a little low. around 400kbps. |
