If you only care about text groups and not binaries you can get from Altopia: »https://www.altopia.com/expricing.html

Their binary retention stinks (only about 9 days) but they keep about a year's worth of text posts.

Binaries for me. I will probably go with EasyNews or NewsGuy since TWC RR's news/usenet server gets the axed on 6/23/2008.
