Can you show the full trace, so we can see where the 300 ms spikes start?

For all we know, you're causing spikes at your PC and it's just cascading through to the end hop.
or
It could be that Terayon 715x overheating again... I know it's a new 715 to you, but it still has the same design that gets hot.
