[Connectivity] New installation / Connection not maxed out.

Hello All!

Yesterday I had a brand new installation. The installer was at my residence for 2hrs. He had to replace and install a new aerial drop. All of the wiring in the house was replaced. Before the installer left I ran a line quality test. Here are it's results.

Also ran a speed test and it didn't max out the connection speed. Now I know why. Can't get any info on the upstream gateway & it's upstream. I'm assuming it is all related to congestion and overtaxing the node on the ubr. They allocated too much bandwidth that the ubr can handle. I know many of you are probably facing the same issues.

Thanks for your time & attention,

Your line quality test is just fine.

What speeds are you getting? Can you post your signal levels? I know that Comcast is still working in many areas of IN after the storms and what not.

I actually am getting the speed advertised plus more:

I'm in the 8/2 package.

Well, Here in Lafayette the speed is fine. However, sometimes it's not stable. But next week I'll be in Kokomo in my new residence. The upload speed was fine but the download speed was around 6-8.5m.

I'm confused. You had a new install yesterday, but are moving next week?
