Also, Portland to Bangor is quite the distance. 2 vastly different areas altogether.
Portland is Cumberland County, which the first outage affected. Bangor is over 120 miles away, in Penobscot County. Different PSAP, as the Cumberland Center only supported 17 of the 20+ towns in that County.
