Huntington Beach, CA | Lower tiers now much more attractive. Certainly happy to see 50Mb roll along, but I think the 20/20 and 20/5 are certainly good for the money. Wouldn't mind seeing the 10/2 be bumped to 10/5, but even 10/2 is ok.
I appreciate the primary focus is on the Internet link itself. Unlike Comcast and others which try to push their online services and other stuff, on top of the link, as a way to generate revenue. I almost think its because Verizon is behind the times on this thinking, but I don't mind.
Billing seems to be getting its act together, newer revs of their online account stuff is a good start. |
