The only way to know is to try it. I have the interleave removed form my ADSL lines but it was a major pain in the butt to get it done. I am a business and I have more then one line, otherwise I do not think they would have done it.

I would call and see if you can get it removed to test it. I took me repeated calls over a long period and finally a email to the CEO here in Phoenix to get mine removed. I have talked to the engineers that actually shut it off and they told me that their are very few people with it removed. I think the number was around 70.

I was swithed to a diffrent gateway a few months ago and had to get it taken off again. It took 5 phone calls and 3 days to get done. I had to get them to connect me with the engineers to do it. I did some latency and bandwith tests with comcast and then qwest as soon as I switched over. So far comcast has better pings but much lower bandwith. I'll look into the bandwith issue a little later but am wondering about my SNR and line attenuation results. How does this look, and should does this connection look like I'd be alright DISABLING Interleaving?
