327w power on/off to reconnect wireless

Every time I power up my HP laptop,I have to power off, then power on my 327w so I can connect wireless.(Or change any internal wireless setting that makes the router reboot)

The Hp sees the router in "available networks",but can't establish a connection until I perform the cycle.
My PS3 connects seamlessly.

Why is this happening and how can this issue be resolved?

I have this problem, too, using WPA2PSK. Seems the 327w thinks the pc is connected, but the pc thinks it's not. It doesn't happen often on my system, but more frequently on my sister's. Her's is an intel 2200bg.

Update driver, and try XP SP3 or Vista SP1; and try letting Windows manage the wireless connection, not the wireless card software.

Sorry but I don't have a solution for this. This happens to me also. First wireless laptop connects fine using wpa, second laptop won't connect. Third laptop won't connect. Reboot the first laptop then that one doesn't connect. Reboot modem, all is fixed. No errors.
