[XP Pro] Adding a program icon in the Notification Area (Sys Tra

I have been searching for hours on how to do this. I haven't found the answer.

Now, within the program, there is an option to send it to the System Tray but it doesn't stick. Once you reboot, it gets removed.

I want it to start up with the program icon being in the SysTray / Notification Area.

Thanks.
