Looking for software that does a better job than Userenv.log

Subject says it all. I am looking for some software that will do a better job of monitoring the domain login and group policy application process and spit out a log that is in a more comprehendable format than userenv.log.

We are experiencing slow domain logins and userenv.log in verbose mode isn't getting us anywhere.
